CryoVibe provides non-medical, wellness-focused cryotherapy services.
All sessions are voluntary and used at your own risk.

2. Eligibility

A minor with parental/guardian consent.

Certain conditions may prevent you from receiving cryotherapy, and CryoVibe reserves the right to refuse service for safety reasons.

3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Payment is due at booking or at the time of service.

Prices may change at any time.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

No-shows or late cancellations may be charged.

4. Refunds

All services are non-refundable.
Package and membership adjustments may be considered at the discretion of CryoVibe but are not guaranteed.

5. Health & Safety

Cryotherapy involves exposure to extremely cold temperatures. Possible risks include skin irritation, discomfort, and other minor side effects.
You may be required to sign a waiver. By receiving services, you acknowledge these risks and agree that CryoVibe is not responsible for injuries resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow instructions.

6. Personal Belongings

CryoVibe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

7. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, poses a safety concern, or violates facility rules.
